Chai Syrup

3 c. Water
3 bags Black Tea
1 t. Cinnamon
1/8 t. Cloves
1/2 t. Ginger
1 Bay Leaf
~5 T. Honey
3 T. Vanilla

Fill a medium saucepan with water. Heat to a boil.
Toss in the 3 bags of tea.
Simmer and stir.
Add the cinnamon, cloves, ginger and bay leaf.
Stir and simmer for about 25 minutes, or until it's thick and soupy.
Take off heat. Remove tea bags and bay leaf.
Add vanilla.
Let cool. Pour into a glass bottle with a cap. Refrigerate.

Add to milk, to taste. Drink hot or cold.
